Fly, because if I ran at 100mph, I would die. Also, you set no limits on how high I could go, and I can buy a wingsuit for about 150$ (kinda expensive). I'm not flying, I'm gliding.

I'm very surprised you didn't add "with style".

Flying would be cool but what if bugs got into your mouth? You have to ask the important questions here.

Yes, but if you run, you could die by just tripping. Also, if you break your leg, or injure them in some way, your power would just be gone, but with flying, there is no physical object making you fly, so it wouldn't matter if you broke anything.

Are we barring all potential risks of instant manslaughter? Would you turn the air behind you into a vacuum? If you kicked someone while using this power what would happen (presumably you would need to be very strong to run at 100 mph)? Basically, would the laws of physics apply?

Even barring the potential breaking of potentially physicist migraine-inducing power, what would this mean from a health perspective? Could your knees hold up that kind of strain? In the knees, there is cartilage, called articular cartilage, that creates a shock absorber between the top of the tibia and the bottom of the femur. Without that, you would literally be grinding your bones together (which is why you would have artificial cartilage implants or direct repair, which can cost $10,000). If you can't tell, I was VERY bored.

Interesting consideration. Sadly with the decline in the insect population you probably don’t need to worry about them getting your your treats.
